OBC Adhikari & Karmachari Sangh
The OBC Adhikari Karmachari Union is a political organization formed in 2018 to promote the interests of central and state government, semi-government, private sector officials within the framework of the Constitution of India.
The goal is to make every OBC literate in the society. The organization is doing an important task of creating awareness and awareness in the society about social justice, creating brotherhood among all sections of society who are loyal to the Constitution of India and among other classes including OBCs.
Keeping the OBC community aware of their rights as an important objective, eliminating caste consciousness in OBCs through three means of training, education and organization, creating class consciousness, creating social equality, all the members of the society must get equal representation. For this, short-term and long-term programs have been planned through the organization. In this it is also important to protect the rights of OBCs from the immediate issues of the OBC community. For this, it is very necessary to conduct caste wise census to know the exact status of OBCs.
Caste-wise census was conducted in 1931 during the British era, after that there has been no caste-wise census of OBCs till date. Therefore, the OBC Adhikari Karmachari Staff Association has been following up from time to time for 100 percent implementation of OBCs by Caste wise Census and Mandal Commission.
To improve coordination among OBC employees working in all sectors to regularly resolve all service related issues, reservation in promotion,
OBC students should get the benefit of educational concessions and various scholarships and And organizational efforts are being made by the OBC Adhikari Karmachari Staff Union to raise the income limit of non-crimelayers.

The OBC Adhikari Karmachari Sangh was established in 2018 and is a centrally-located, semi-governmental, officer and cadre of the democratic, non-political, passing interest Indian constitution.
Making every OBC in society literate is the goal. The organization is playing an essential part in creating social justice awareness and encouraging a sense of brotherhood among all groups in society who are committed to supporting the Indian Constitution, especially OBCs. The rights of OBCs need to be protected in this circumstance from the urgent priorities of the OBC organization.
A caste-specific census is essential to this in order to determine the exact status of OBCs.A caste-based census was carried out in 1931 under British rule; since then, no OBC caste-based census has been done. As a result, the OBC Officers Staff Union monitors the caste-based census of OBCs and the 100 percent implementation of the Mandal Commission on a regular basis.
The OBC Officers’ Union is working to improve organizational efforts to resolve all service-related issues on a regular basis by increasing coordination among OBC employees working in all sectors, obtaining promotions with reservations, getting the advantages of educational concessions and numerous scholarships for OBC students, and raising the non-crime layers’ income limit.
